Construction Project Manager – Industrial / Commercial
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $130,000–$160,000
- Bonus eligible
- Mileage reimbursement and truck allowance

Our client is a growing general contractor with billions in secured work over the next 5 years—primarily focused on large-scale industrial projects. They are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage ground-up projects
- Oversee all phases of construction: estimating, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, client communication, and closeout
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
- Partner with Superintendents and field teams to maintain jobsite safety and quality
- Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting
Required Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in commercial construction
- Prior work with a General Contractor (GC) is required
- Strong background in PEMB (Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings), Tilt-Wall, and Structural Steel
- Must be tech-savvy with strong project documentation and scheduling skills
- Experience in industrial, warehouse, or distribution builds is a plus
