Job Description
Metric are partnered with a leading transportation and infrastructure contractor, they are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to oversee civil construction projects in the Virginia Beach area. This position is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering projects that strengthen communities and connect people.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all project activities including scheduling, cost control, engineering coordination, and field supervision.
Oversee project startup, execution, and closeout processes to ensure seamless delivery.
Develop and execute strategies for team development, recruitment, and personnel growth.
Manage all contractual elements of the project, including compliance, documentation, and issue resolution.
Build and maintain positive client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
Accurately forecast project costs and monitor financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to project staff to ensure a cohesive and efficient team environment.
