Senior Project Manager

Location: Offices in Hackensack, NJ and New York, NY

Salary: $100-150k DOE

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee and lead complex construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while adhering to quality standards and fostering team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and standards, including those related to construction documents.
• Communicate with stakeholders throughout the project to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Prepare and deliver project reports, proposals, status reports, and presentations to senior management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with construction documents and risk management.
• Familiarity with project planning and execution tools, preferably Bluebeam and Procore.
• PMP Certification is highly .
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
