We are seeking a high-energy, versatile Construction Project Manager who isn't afraid to trade a laptop for a grease gun when the job demands it. This role is a hybrid of high-level project administration and "boots-on-the-ground" field leadership. You will manage the lifecycle of a project—from the initial bid and outbound sales to the final delivery of materials and site completion.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Administration

• Estimating & Bidding: Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to prepare accurate cost estimates and formal bids.
• Communication: Email bids to prospective clients and engage in outbound dialing to build rapport and follow up on leads.
• Organization: Maintain strict project timelines, documentation, and material tracking.

Field Operations & Logistics

• Material Runner: Pick up landscape materials and ensure timely delivery to various job sites.
• Heavy Equipment Operation: Safely operate and transport a Bobcat/Skid Steer.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including greasing the Bobcat and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
• Labor Support: Lead by example—be willing to "jump in the trenches" to assist the crew with physical labor as needed.

Technical Execution

• Systems Knowledge: Oversee the installation and repair of sprinkler systems.
• Horticulture: Apply knowledge of plant health and soil to ensure quality landscape installations.
• Technical Skills: Utilize welding or mechanical experience to handle minor equipment repairs or custom site needs.
