Grose and Manz Builders are excited to announce that we are growing, and we are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can help us serve our clients’ needs.

As a Project Manager for Grose and Manz Builders we will be looking for you to perform or assist in the following:

• Overseeing, directing , and provide overall management of construction projects from conception to completion
• Interact and collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare internal and external reports
• Create, submit, and process RFI’s, submittals, change orders, billings, etc.
• Negotiate, draft, and execute subcontracts and purchase orders with external vendors and subcontractors to reach profitable agreements
• Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks
• Create and update schedules
• Assist in performing take-offs, and creating estimates when necessary
• Send project documents to subcontractors and suppliers to bid on projects when necessary
• Perform on site project supervision when required
• Manage and train direct reports when applicable
• Build, maintain, and ensure client, brand, inspector, subcontractor, and supplier relationships.
• Assist in pushing projects through the permitting process and brand approvals (when applicable).
• Have a full understanding of the project documents, including drawings, soils report, specifications, submittals, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Understanding and staying up to date on construction codes.
• Needs to be able to manage others.
• Willingness to travel when required.
• Create and or assist in reporting and forecasting when requested.
• Obtain and maintain OSHA 30 training
• Always act in the best interests of the company and its clients.
• Utilize Bluebeam, Pro Core, Dropbox, Microsoft Products, and Plan Swift to perform work duties
