Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive construction estimates by analyzing blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution and communication.
- Oversee construction site activities to ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control, and project timelines.
- Review contracts, change orders, and scope of work documents to maintain clarity and manage project scope effectively.
- Utilize construction management software for tracking progress, managing budgets, and updating schedules regularly.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously by prioritizing tasks efficiently through strong time management skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction estimating combined with hands-on construction site experience, experience in tile/marble highly .
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, contract administration, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects from conception through completion while maintaining budget and schedule integrity.
- Excellent communication skills for effective project coordination among diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with construction safety protocols and quality assurance practices on job sites.
