We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Project Manager / Estimator to join our restoration team. This dual-role position is critical in overseeing restoration projects from initial estimate to final completion. The ideal candidate has experience in the construction or restoration industry, possesses strong leadership and organizational skills, and can effectively manage multiple projects while providing accurate and timely estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for restoration projects, including water, fire, mold, and storm damage.
• Conduct site visits to assess damage, gather scope information, and document findings.
• Utilize industry-standard estimating software (e.g., Xactimate) to develop project scopes and cost breakdowns.
• Coordinate and manage all phases of assigned restoration projects, from planning to closeout.
• Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and ensure timely completion within budget.
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and internal team members.
• Monitor project progress, address issues proactively, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all project activities, including change orders and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Estimator in the restoration or construction industry.
• Proficiency with estimating software, especially Xactimate.
• Strong understanding of restoration practices, insurance claim processes, and building codes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
