Construction Project Manager / Estimator

We are seeking a results-oriented Project Manager / Estimator with proven experience in industrial construction, infrastructure projects, or engineered systems. This dual-role position is ideal for a hands-on professional who can estimate and manage complex construction projects from concept through completion, while maintaining a sharp focus on accuracy, timelines, and client satisfaction.

Our location is Ideal for candidates based in Lake Forest, Irvine, Mission Viejo, or surrounding South Orange County communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage industrial construction projects through all phases: planning, procurement, execution, and close-out

• Analyze project plans, drawings, and specifications to develop complete scopes of work

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, takeoffs, and bid proposals for industrial construction projects

• Develop and track project schedules to ensure key milestones are achieved

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution

• Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies to prevent delays

• Perform occasional site visits to assess progress, verify scope, and maintain client relationships

• Oversee project close-out, ensuring all documentation is finalized and deliverables are met

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in industrial construction project management and estimating

• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, cost structures, and industry standards

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical documents, and engineering drawings

• Proficient with estimating software and project management tools

• Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to travel as needed to project sites or client meetings across the U.S.
