Construction Project Manager/Estimator

Candidate Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in building envelope restoration / commercial construction. Background in waterproofing systems, window and door replacement, concrete restoration, pedestrian traffic systems, stucco repair and general framing is a plus.
• General computer skills and ability to use construction related project management software.
• Experience in estimating commercial construction utilizing excel based program.
• Strong writing skills, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Job Description:

• Attend project pre-bid meetings and obtain project information for estimating various commercial construction projects.
• Produce project estimates based upon project plans and specifications.
• Utilize construction software to develop project schedules, track project allowances, manage project schedules, and streamline project documentation.
• Develop project submittals, project schedules and field folders as needed per project requirements to be a collaboration with Admin Team.
• Attend progress meetings as required by client/engineer.
• Manage and collaborate with company superintendent, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to provide a coordinated project flow.
• Manage project related access equipment (scaffolding, lulls, ariel lifts, swing staging etc.) for project budget purposes.
• Report directly to company owners for project review.
