Responsibilities
-
Review, analyze, prepare, and submit bids/proposals for various work-scopes.

Attend pre-bid and project meetings.

Analyze and prepare costs, materials, labor, and scheduling of projects.

Collaborate with Owners, Architects and Subcontractors on projects.
-
Manage projects (scheduling, cost control, materials, manpower).
-
Maintain required project documentation.
Qualifications
-
4 years minimum of Estimating or Construction Management experience.
-
Positive communication skills to ensure solid relationships with Customers & Co-workers.
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Construction Management or equivalent experience helpful
-
Knowledge of MS based programs Word, Excel and Project.

Knowledge of AutoDesk Construction Cloud based products BIM 360, Build, & Docs. AutoCAD knowledge helpful.

Solid understanding of basic accounting principles

Familiarity with blueprints and ability to read documents.
