Construction Project Manager/Estimator

Responsibilities

  • Review, analyze, prepare, and submit bids/proposals for various work-scopes.

  • Attend pre-bid and project meetings.

  • Analyze and prepare costs, materials, labor, and scheduling of projects.

  • Collaborate with Owners, Architects and Subcontractors on projects.

  • Manage projects (scheduling, cost control, materials, manpower).

  • Maintain required project documentation.

Qualifications

  • 4 years minimum of Estimating or Construction Management experience.

  • Positive communication skills to ensure solid relationships with Customers & Co-workers.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Construction Management or equivalent experience helpful

  • Knowledge of MS based programs Word, Excel and Project.

  • Knowledge of AutoDesk Construction Cloud based products BIM 360, Build, & Docs. AutoCAD knowledge helpful.

  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles

  • Familiarity with blueprints and ability to read documents.
