Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Build-to-Rent (BTR) Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of rental communities in the El Paso market. This role is ideal for a results-driven construction professional with a strong background in high-volume residential production building.

As a key member of our team, you will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day construction operations for BTR communities
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance
• Coordinate with internal teams
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality control
• Resolve construction issues proactively to maintain timelines and budgets
• Provide regular reporting on project status to senior leadership

Qualifications:

• Required: 5+ years of experience in production homebuilding
• Proven experience managing multiple homes/phases simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of residential construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

• Experience working with or regional homebuilders
• Familiarity with El Paso market, subcontractors, and permitting processes
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore)
