Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager Construction to join our team. This role will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, coordination, and implementation for construction projects involving precast concrete fencing and masonry systems. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with hands-on construction project management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts while maintaining deadlines, quality standards, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning through completion
- Manage project schedules, budgets, materials, and resource allocation
- Supervise onsite personnel, subcontractors, and field operations
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Negotiate with contractors and vendors to secure reasonable pricing and control costs
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards
- Maintain high standards of workmanship in accordance with original plans and specifications
- Track project progress and provide updates to leadership and clients
- Use digital tools and mobile technology to manage project documentation, purchase orders, communications, and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction project management
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Experience using construction management software
- Proficiency in digital/mobile work environments and modern project tools
- Familiarity with software platforms such as:

- Project management tools like Procore or similar
- Digital purchase order systems like AvidXchange or similar
- Takeoff tools like BlueBeam or similar
- Comfortable using iPhones, iPads, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Deadline-driven and detail-oriented
Background
- Experience in precast concrete, fencing, masonry, concrete, brick, or similar construction environments
- Experience working with commercial, residential, or municipal construction projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
