Construction Project Manager - Construction - Base Salary to 120k/year - Indianapolis, IN

They are looking for a Construction Project Manager to join their team, to lead their projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Lead design-build projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with client goals and company standards.
  
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and internal design teams to develop efficient and cost-effective solutions.
  
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and profitable delivery.
  
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and performance.
  
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety compliance, and quality control.
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving issues proactively.
  
• Coordinate permitting, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
  
• Prepare and present project reports, forecasts, and documentation to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field, , not required.
  
• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, preferably with warehouse/distribution center projects.
  
• Proven success managing design-build projects from start to finish.
  
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling software, and budgeting tools.
  

Compensation:

• Base salary to 120k/year
