Job Description

iWorld Professionals is seeking a Construction Project Manager for our client a growing construction company with an office in Concord NC. This is an onsite position.

Construction Project Manager Position Summary: This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career Project Manager to lead smaller-scale projects and gain hands-on experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors—while learning directly from senior leadership.

Construction Project Manager:

• Assist in planning and executing commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure quality and timely delivery
• Conduct regular site visits to track progress, uphold safety, and maintain documentation
• Prepare estimates, schedules, budgets, and progress reports
• Support the Senior Project Manager in resolving challenges and maintaining client satisfaction

Construction Project Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or management within the construction industry
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with project management tools (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
• A proactive, coachable attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain within 3 months)
• Ability to work onsite in Concord NC.
