Exciting Opportunity for a Construction Project Manager – Representing Our Client in Cambridge\nAre you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in construction and refurbishment? You’ll be entrusted with overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring high standards, safety, and client satisfaction at every stage.\nWhat We Offer:\n * Competitive Salary\n * Company Vehicle with fuel card or grey fleet allowance and corporate clothing\n * Employee Profit Share Scheme\n * Generous Holiday Entitlement– 21 days plus bank holidays, with additional days awarded after 2 years’ service\n * Early Finish on Fridays\n * Bonuses and long service awards\n * Health & Wellbeing Support, including access to qualified Mental Health First Aiders\n * Positive Working Environment supporting community initiatives\n * Ongoing Training and career progression opportunities\n * Fantastic Social Events and charity initiatives throughout the year\nWhat We Need:\n * Relevant Construction Qualifications(e.g., BSc in Construction Management, HNC/HND)\n * SMSTS or SSSTS Certification\n * GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C or above)\n * Proven Project Management Experience in construction/refurbishment\n * Excellent Leadership and Organisational Skills\n * Proficient withIT systems and software\n * Full UK Driving Licence(minimum 6 months post-test)\n * Strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire others\nKey Responsibilities:\n * Oversee and Deliver Projects from inception to completion, ensuring they run efficiently and profitably\n * Manage and MentorTrainee Project Managers, Site Managers, and other team members\n * Ensure Compliance with Health & Safety regulations and contract conditions\n * Client Liaison– Maintain clear communication and manage expectations\n * Manage Subcontractors and ensure high-quality workmanship\n * Monitor Job Profitability and control costs effectively\n * Prepare Reports for site meetings, contract programmes, and valuations\n * Tender Assistance and pricing discussions with clients\nAbout the Role:\nThis is a full-time position, with working hours from 07:45 to 17:15(Monday-Thursday) and 07:45 to 16:45 on Fridays.
