Job Description:
Oversee all aspects of a construction project from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with specifications. Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to drive project success.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess project plans, reviewing proposed modifications and construction updates.
- Review and negotiate change orders, making informed value judgments.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality control reports.
- Collaborate with the design team for necessary plan adjustments.
- Conduct on-site inspections, ensuring progress aligns with schedules and quality standards.
- Write progress reports, document weekly updates with photos, and communicate status to management.
- Verify work completion percentages and correlate them with quality control.
- Participate in quality control meetings and enforce safety procedures.
Requirements:

Must-Haves:
- 15 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Background as a Project Engineer, Project Manager, or Project Executive.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, materials, and industry standards.
- Expertise in project planning, CPM scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Proficiency in construction project management software (Primavera, Excel, database applications).
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

- OSHA 40 certification.
- Lead Certified.
- Experience with landscape, hardscape, and civil projects.
