The Role:
Were looking for a Construction Project Manager to oversee residential remodels, additions, and new builds. This role is responsible for ensuring projects run on time, on budget, and with top-tier craftsmanship, while keeping homeowners informed and satisfied.

What Youll Do:


Client Communication
Be the trusted point of contact for homeowners and designers, providing daily updates.
Address questions, concerns, and feedback proactively.
Conduct weekly walkthroughs to review progress, confirm details, and ensure satisfaction.

Project Management
Maintain and update project schedules.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to keep projects on track.
Oversee job site quality control and ensure work meets high standards.
Review architectural, engineer, and design plans to ensure accurate execution.
Attend key project meetings and assist with budgeting/invoicing.
Embrace technology to streamline the production process using Jobtread, a comprehensive project management software.

Jobsite Oversight
Conduct regular site inspections for cleanliness, safety, and organization.
Ensure dust control, surface protection, and materials protection are in place.
Manage job site security, waste disposal, and equipment storage.
Maintain jobsite documentation with photos, videos, and internal updates.

Who You Are:

• A proven construction professional with hands on skills, preferably 3+ years in residential construction. A strong communicator who keeps homeowners and teams aligned.
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple moving parts efficiently.
• A proactive problem-solver who can anticipate challenges and implement solutions.
• Knowledgeable in construction processes, able to read plans and coordinate trades effectively. Trade technical experience is a plus!
• Committed to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Experience with Construction software (We use JobTread)
• A team player who thrives in a supportive, professional, and positive environment.
