About the Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of commercial construction projects throughout the Southeast. This position will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of ground-up construction projects, including fire stations, warehouse facilities, and airport-related developments.

Responsibilities
- Lead and assist team with all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders to maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and project documentation.
- Track project schedules, procurement activities, and material deliveries.
- Assist with preparing subcontract agreements, purchase orders, and change orders.
- Monitor project costs and help maintain accurate budget reporting.
- Attend project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate inspections, permits, and project closeout documentation.
- Support field operations by working closely with Superintendents to resolve project issues and maintain construction progress.
- Maintain organized project files and ensure timely communication between the project team, owners, architects, and subcontractors.
- Promote a safe working environment while supporting company quality standards and project objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field .
- 5-10 years of experience in commercial construction project management or project engineering.
- Experience supporting ground-up commercial construction projects is strongly .
- Experience with municipal, warehouse/distribution, aviation, or public-sector projects is a plus.
- Working knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and document control.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to project sites as needed.
