RGS is seeking a construction manager with 5 plus years experience in managing capital projects end-to-end on a pharmaceutical campus. Experience in successfully delivering a portfolio of small projects. This role requires impeccable communication skillset, business & finance acumen, construction technical knowledge, and 5 years of project management practice. A team player with extensive successful stakeholder management, ability to work with a project team with diverse backgrounds. This position will utilize breadth of knowledge across construction and engineering to ensure effective project execution from inception to turn-over package.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong project management skills and proven experience in having managed capital design and construction projects with emphasis on infrastructure/utilities projects.
• Understanding of GMP, regulatory, environmental, and OSHA regulations as it relates to Engineering, Facilities Operations and Construction
• Understanding of financial management as it relates to capital and expense spending and project cash flow forecasting. (i.e. Purchase Orders, Invoicing)
• Experience in total project delivery and leads the development of the capital project scope and objectives in support of the business strategy dealing with clients and stakeholders.
• Exhibits project leadership and effective decision making throughout each project. Leads and promotes effective teamwork by engaging both Facilities as well as including key clients and stakeholders.
