Restoration / Façade Project Manager – New York City

About the Company
One of the leading restoration contractors in New York City, specialising in façade restoration, exterior envelope repairs, and Local Law 11 projects. The company is known for delivering high-quality work on commercial, institutional, and landmark buildings across the city.

Responsibilities

• Manage façade and exterior restoration projects from start to finish
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination
• Ensure compliance with Local Law 11, DOB regulations, and safety standards
• Supervise field operations including rigging, scaffolding, and site logistics
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors
• Track project progress, costs, and change orders to ensure on-time delivery
• Lead site meetings and manage project documentation and reporting

Experience Required

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in façade or exterior restoration within New York City
• Strong knowledge of Local Law 11 (FISP) and NYC building codes
• Proven background working for a reputable commercial restoration contractor
• Hands-on experience with rigging, scaffolding, and exterior access systems
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
