SERVPRO of Allentown is looking for a new Construction Project Manager to join their growing team!
Desired Experience: 3-5 years in Residential / Commercial Construction Project Management
Salary: $90k - $100k + between Base Salary and Project Commission

Customer Engagement & Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all reconstruction customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct the initial customer meeting following estimator review, ensuring alignment on project requirements and expectations.
- Provide ongoing progress updates, maintaining a clear and consistent line of communication.
- Perform final walkthroughs with customers to confirm satisfaction and resolve outstanding concerns.
Collaboration with Estimating
- Partner with the Remote Estimator to review project documentation and scope requirements.
- Conduct on-site inspections when documentation review indicates additional field verification is necessary.
- Discuss and document all change orders or supplemental work with the Estimator, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Project Oversight & Execution
- Oversee subcontractor activities on assigned projects, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to scope.
- Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors and crews, addressing field challenges as they arise.
- Maintain accurate job site documentation, including photos, progress notes, and customer updates.
- Ensure that all project milestones and deliverables are achieved according to the project schedule.
Scheduling & Logistics
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to plan project scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation.
- Identify and communicate any potential delays, conflicts, or resource needs in advance.
- Ensure subcontractors and materials are in place to meet project deadlines.
Quality Assurance & Finalization
- Monitor workmanship and project progress to ensure adherence to company and industry standards.
- Conduct final walkthroughs with customers, documenting approvals and resolving punch-list items.
- Ensure all required documentation, change orders, and supplemental approvals are completed prior to project closeout.
Reporting & Accountability
- Provide updates to the Operations Manager on project progress, challenges, and scheduling needs.
- Ensure proper documentation of all customer interactions, project adjustments, and field notes.
- Support the Reconstruction Department Manager and Operations Manager in achieving departmental goals.
