SERVPRO of Allentown is looking for a new Construction Project Manager to join their growing team!

Desired Experience: 3-5 years in Residential / Commercial Construction Project Management

Salary: $90k - $100k + between Base Salary and Project Commission

Customer Engagement & Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all reconstruction customers throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Conduct the initial customer meeting following estimator review, ensuring alignment on project requirements and expectations.

  • Provide ongoing progress updates, maintaining a clear and consistent line of communication.

  • Perform final walkthroughs with customers to confirm satisfaction and resolve outstanding concerns.

Collaboration with Estimating

  • Partner with the Remote Estimator to review project documentation and scope requirements.

  • Conduct on-site inspections when documentation review indicates additional field verification is necessary.

  • Discuss and document all change orders or supplemental work with the Estimator, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Project Oversight & Execution

  • Oversee subcontractor activities on assigned projects, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to scope.

  • Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors and crews, addressing field challenges as they arise.

  • Maintain accurate job site documentation, including photos, progress notes, and customer updates.

  • Ensure that all project milestones and deliverables are achieved according to the project schedule.

Scheduling & Logistics

  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to plan project scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation.

  • Identify and communicate any potential delays, conflicts, or resource needs in advance.

  • Ensure subcontractors and materials are in place to meet project deadlines.

Quality Assurance & Finalization

  • Monitor workmanship and project progress to ensure adherence to company and industry standards.

  • Conduct final walkthroughs with customers, documenting approvals and resolving punch-list items.

  • Ensure all required documentation, change orders, and supplemental approvals are completed prior to project closeout.

Reporting & Accountability

  • Provide updates to the Operations Manager on project progress, challenges, and scheduling needs.

  • Ensure proper documentation of all customer interactions, project adjustments, and field notes.

  • Support the Reconstruction Department Manager and Operations Manager in achieving departmental goals.
