Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the oversight of the entire construction project from execution to closeout
  • Support onsite superintendent and subcontractors
  • Facilitate weekly OAC meetings
  • Interface with project inspectors, architects, engineers, city and other AHJ's
  • Negotiate, develop scopes of work and contract with subcontractors for each trade
  • Adhere to project specific construction drawings and specifications
  • Responsible for any delays, emergencies and problems that can arise.
  • Generate monthly project progress report and budget to Customer and Project Executive Team
  • Keep constant pulse on project controls
  • Understand prime contract responsibilities and all technical matters
  • May be periodically pulled into the preconstruction department for assistance during project pursuits
  • Overall project safety

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years required of previous experience in construction project management
  • Both ground up and TI construction experience
  • Food & beverage / restaurant experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with Procore construction management software, especially the financial management tool
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Bachelors Degree, construction related discipline is a plus
