As the driving force behind our custom homebuilding projects, you’ll ensure every detail is executed to the highest standard—delivered on time and with precision. This role is hands-on, requiring strong organizational skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the leadership to coordinate and inspire contractors throughout the process.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be at the forefront of our custom homebuilding process—leading contractors, setting high standards, and ensuring every project is built with excellence. From creating and managing detailed construction schedules to coaching teams for peak performance, you’ll keep projects moving with urgency and precision. Your role also includes engaging directly with homeowners to provide a seamless, first-class experience. With daily visits across multiple job sites, you’ll make sure every phase of construction stays on track and delivers outstanding results.
