Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multifamily development projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for managing budgets, schedules, and documentation while working closely with stakeholders, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced construction environments.

 Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of multifamily development projects, including preconstruction planning, estimating, and scheduling.
• Oversee budgeting and cost control, ensuring projects remain financially on track.
• Use Procore to manage documentation, RFIs, submittals, and progress tracking.
• Lead Primavera-based scheduling efforts to align project timelines with resources and milestones.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
• Conduct site visits and project reviews to monitor progress and address issues as they arise.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and clients.

 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field .
• 5+ years of project management experience, with a strong focus on multifamily developments.
• Proficiency with Procore and Primavera scheduling software.
• Experience with RFIs, estimating, budgeting, and preconstruction planning.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for coordinating multi-stakeholder projects.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and best practices.
