We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for complete oversight of new home construction, residential remodel and light commercial/tenant improvements. Projects in the south King and Pierce county areas. This is a great opportunity to join a family-owned, established residential and light commercial construction company that has been servicing the community since 1985.

Responsibilities:

• Meeting scheduled completion dates.
• Professional communications with clients, employees, sub-contractors and regulatory entities.
• Implement safety program.
• Quality control.

​Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management.
• Detail and deadline oriented.
• Strong communication, organization and problem solving skills.
