We’re looking for a Project Manager with strong construction knowledge and leadership ability to help drive our projects forward, ensuring jobs are done right the first time, on schedule, and within budget.
Responsibilities
As a Project Manager at D2E, you will:
- Plan & Organize
- Oversee the scheduling, logistics, and day-to-day execution of multiple construction projects.
- Review contracts, blueprints, and cut lists to ensure crews have clear direction.
- Coordinate mobilization, equipment, and materials in advance to avoid costly delays.

- Lead & Manage
- Directly oversee foremen and field crews, ensuring work follows plans and safety standards.
- Promote accountability—address mistakes quickly and develop solutions to keep projects on track.
- Serve as the communication bridge between ownership, sales, design, and production teams.

- Monitor & Control
- Track hours, cost codes, and job expenses through Buildertrend/job costing systems.
- Proactively identify risks, delays, or changes and implement corrective measures.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets D2E’s standards of excellence.

- Client & Vendor Relations
- Communicate with clients on project updates, timelines, and next steps.
- Work with vendors to ensure materials are delivered on time and meet specifications.
- Represent D2E professionally onsite and in meetings.

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of construction project management experience (marine, landscape, or heavy equipment a plus).
- Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (Buildertrend experience ).
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
