Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate remodeling, custom residential, and commercial construction projects end-to-end
     

  • Read and interpret plans, specs, and scope documents with accuracy
     

  • Manage subcontractors to ensure quality, adherence to schedule, and budget control
     

  • Track budgets and change orders to meet financial targets
     

  • Develop and monitor detailed project schedules; proactively address delays or issues
     

  • Facilitate permitting and inspections to keep projects compliant and on track
     

  • Conduct regular site visits and quality control checks
     

  • Drive punch-list completion and project closeout procedures
     

  • Liaison with Project Managers and clients, providing status updates, timelines, and coordination
     

  • Report project status regularly to leadership
     

  • Travel to job sites

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience, including residential and commercial builds
     

  • Proven success managing subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and change orders
     

  • Advanced proficiency in reading blueprints, specs, and technical documents
     

  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and decision‐making skills
     

  • Strong organizational abilities and detail
     

  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and on-site safety practices
     

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
     

 

Qualifications

  • Experience with construction software
     

  • Bilingual in Spanish
     

  • First Aid & CPR certification
     

  • Familiarity with Bay Area permitting processes and local building codes
