????️ What You’ll Build

You’ll oversee ground-up construction of:

• Multifamily Developments
• Mixed-use Projects
• Senior Living
• Student Housing
• Hospitality / Hotel Construction

???? What You Bring

• 5+ years of GC experience on $15M+ ground-up projects
• Background in one or more of the target sectors
• Based near or willing to travel occasionally from Kansas City
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subs, and team members
• Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bonus: Familiarity with regional subcontractor base
