This position will work closely with our Project Management team and be the main point of contact with our clients.

Responsibilities:

· Ability to read and understand the full parameters of the project scope.

· Ability to understand the project estimate and qualifications.

· Ability to perform subcontractor buy-out and contract issuance.

· Develop project schedule, conduct weekly subcontractor meetings and work closely with Project Superintendent to lead project to successful completion, on time and budget.

· Ability to work closely with subcontractors and maintain accountability at all times.

· Manage workloads of multiple projects simultaneously.

· Foster positive relationships with internal and external customers, subcontractors, and design professionals.

Qualifications:

· 5+ years with a general contractor or construction management firm.

· Experience managing commercial ground-up, renovation, and site work projects.

· Comprehensive understanding of trades, scopes, timelines, and scheduling/sequencing of work.

· Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple projects.

· Successful leadership, decision-making, sound judgment, and delegation skills.

· Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills required.

· Outstanding time management, organization, prioritization, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills required.

· Advanced computer software skills, including MS Office, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, and Procore.
