We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, organized, detail oriented and has a strong work ethic to serve as a Construction Management Representative for a new border crossing station at the Canada/New York Border.
Job Requirements:
- THIS POSITION (FOR SECURITY CLEARANCE) REQUIRES IN THE US FOR THE PAST 3 YEARS.
- Experience on projects with the following scope: New construction and Site Work.
The CMR shall possess the following qualifications:
- Education and professional qualifications related to construction, architecture and engineering
- 10 years construction management experience.
- Experience proving similar services for similar projects.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare draft modifications, independent government estimates, daily reports, responses to requests for information, process submittals, prepare field observation reports and conduct progress meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
- Familiarity with the use of Project Management software programs.
- Candidates familiar with Federal government projects and policies, procedures and workflows will be rated more favorably.
