About this opportunity:
We are seeking a full time Project Manager to join our team in our Fort Myers and/or Naples office. The Project Manager is responsible for overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of commercial construction-management projects.
Job responsibilities include:
- Direct, supervise and execute the full life cycle of a commercial construction project. Includes preconstruction, permitting, pay applications, contract administration, closeout etc.
- Team management.
- Schedule management.
- Coordinate work with superintendents, architects and engineers to establish priorities.
- Plan and implement all projects.
- Maintain satisfactory relationships with owners, subcontractors, architects and engineers.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Education and experience: 5+ years of commercial construction experience required with a BS in Construction Management or industry related degree and/or equivalent experience.
- Construction background: Experience reading blueprints, specification and estimating commercial construction projects.
- Eye for Details:Accuracy is critical for success in this role. Candidate must have superior organizational, communication (both written and verbal) and decision-making skills.
- Tech-know-how: A strong background in using all Microsoft Office programs, proficient with Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Procore or similar construction software .

Base pay is positioned within the beginning salary range based on several factors including a candidates knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity.
