Construction Project Manager - Earthwork & Shoring

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in earthwork and shoring to join our growing team. If you’re skilled in managing projects from estimation to close-out and enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from estimating through completion
• Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Troubleshoot job site issues and implement effective solutions
• Ensure job site safety, compliance, and team collaboration

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in Division 31 (earthwork) construction
• Proven track record of leading successful construction projects
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Sales experience and a customer-first mindset
• Valid driver's license
• Able to pass a background check

• Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 (depending on experience)
