Construction Project Executive - Large Commercial Projects

Our company is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Construction Project Executive to oversee large commercial projects in Dallas, TX. As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the overall success of our construction projects, including managing budgets, timelines, and quality control.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of large commercial construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Manage project teams, including project managers, engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors
• Provide regular project updates to senior management, including progress reports, risk assessments, and financial forecasts
• Identify and manage project risks, including potential delays, cost overruns, and safety hazards
• Ensure that all construction work is carried out in compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Participate in the development of project bids, proposals, and estimates
• Provide guidance and support to project teams as required

Desired Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in large commercial construction projects
• Proven track record of successfully managing large projects from inception to completion
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and management skills
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
• Familiarity with relevant construction codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Proficiency in project management software and other relevant technology
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
