Required Qualifications
\n

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline; equivalent trade/construction experience will also be considered.
- 3+ years of project management experience in construction or industrial environments.
- Strong commercial or industrial construction experience.
- Experience managing capital projects valued at $500K or greater.
- Hands-on field experience working with contractors and skilled trades.
- Ability to review and modify drawings using AutoCAD.
- Experience with bid specification development and contractor negotiations.
- Knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and project execution practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

- Sheet metal, mechanical, or trade-related experience.
- Experience with manufacturing facility construction projects.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification.
- Experience with ventilation, airflow, HVAC, or environmental control systems.
- Automotive manufacturing or paint booth project experience.
- Familiarity with utility infrastructure and cost analysis.
