What youll do:

• Project Coordination and Administration:

• • Maintain up-to-date project records and documentation

• • Assist Project Manager in various project phases

• • Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure timely delivery of project documents

• • Attend meetings and represent the company as needed

• • Monitor and enforce safety protocols

• • Prepare and submit project reports, change orders, RFIs, and other required documentation

• • Support business development efforts by marketing the company to clients

• Detail management:

• • Monitor and manage the products in
    ProCore and/or Microsoft Project

• • Review construction documents, specifications, and stay up to date on industry standards

• • Ability to analyze project data and generate reports

What you need to succeed:

• Education and Experience:

• • Bachelor's degree in a related field or working towards a degree in construction management, engineering or business

• • Or 3-5 years of commercial construction experience

• Technical Skills:

• • Knowledge of construction practices, procedures, and techniques

• • Ability to read and understand complex documents, work orders, safety rules, and maintenance instructions

• • Proficiency in construction scheduling and cost control

• • Familiarity with various equipment and tools

• • LEED knowledge

• • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, BlueBeam, and CAD software

• Interpersonal Skills:

• • Strong organizational and time management skills

• • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• • Detail-oriented approach
