- Detail oriented, must be able to multi-task in order to organize and manage multiple project tasks
- Possess basic understanding of construction
- Possess a basic understanding of how to read and decipher construction plans and specs
- Strong teamwork , initiative, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Procore Project Management Software, Primavera P6, Microsoft Office, and pertinent web application skills at an intermediate level
- Ability to interpret and communicate TSG’s policies
- Active listening skills and effective communication including an openness to diverse input and feedback

Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to:
· Track Subcontract Agreements & Purchase Orders
· Tracking processing, & reviewing shop drawings/and submittals
· Processing, generating, & tracking RFI’s to and from Owners Subcontractors and Suppliers
· Working with Project Manager to generate processing and track Change Orders with Clients and Subcontractors/Suppliers
· Attend project meetings and prepare and update meeting minutes
· Create CPM construction schedules and update as required
· Prepare bid solicitation for Subcontractors & Suppliers
· Participate in procurement activities including hard bid and negotiated projects
· Attend pre-bid meetings and take photo graphs
· Provide material take offs and solicit current material pricing
· Acquire Subcontractor & Supplier warranties and close out documents and assemble O & M’s
Education And Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil or Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
- Minimum two years of related experience
- Current driver’s license
