Project Engineer – Commercial & Industrial Construction
Location: Medford, OR
Pay: $80,000 - $90,000+ DOE
Schedule: Full-Time
Industry: Concrete & Structural Steel Construction
Preference will be given to local candidates or individuals willing to relocate to the Medford area at their own expense. No relocation package is available for this position.
Workify Staffing is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join a growing and well-established construction company in Medford, Oregon. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional looking for long-term career growth while working on large-scale commercial and industrial projects.
Responsibilities
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Support project managers and field teams throughout all phases of construction
• Track project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and engineers
• Help ensure project quality, safety, and compliance standards are maintained
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documents
Qualifications
• Experience in commercial, industrial, concrete, or structural steel construction
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software
• Engineering, Construction Management, or related background
