Construction Project Engineer

The Construction Project Engineer supports successful project delivery by managing materials, documentation, coordination, and quality control to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Track material and equipment orders, manage schedules, and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to prevent delays.

• Document Management: Maintain up-to-date drawings, RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes.

• Safety & Quality: Enforce OSHA standards, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with plans, specs, and codes.

• Subcontractor Oversight: Communicate expectations, review work for quality, and address issues proactively.

• Project Closeout: Assist with punch lists, as-built drawings, and warranty documentation.

• Communication: Build strong relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and inspectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field ()

• 2+ years of construction project management or experience

• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project

• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements
