Employee owned commercial general contractor with 75 year history seeks a Project Engineer with 0-3 years of experience to join our company. Project engineers are responsible for assisting the project managers and superintendents with the management, supervision, coordination and successful completion of construction projects to meet time and cost objectives. Excellent communication and scheduling skills are considered essential. A bachelors degree in engineering or construction management is .

Responsibilities:

· Assist in estimating, purchasing and scheduling of projects

· Review and process submittals, requests for information and other communications.

· Assist in coordinating the installation of work in accordance with the design, budget and project schedule.

· Manage the document control on the projects.

· Assist in managing the quality control and quality assurance of the work performed

· Demonstrate leadership and management skills to grow into a project manager

· Ability to manage projects in occupied buildings
