Commercial Construction Project Engineer

We are seeking to hire an experienced Construction Project Engineer to join our team! You will be involved from the beginning to end of the construction process, including: pre-planning, bidding, material, equipment management, and document control.

Responsibilities:

• Generate / distribute documents, and coordinate RFI's and submittals with project teams
• Manage project documentation to ensure correct and current information is readily available to project team
• Assist with monitoring and recording construction work schedules
• Coordinate with clients and construction teams
• Prepare and monitor equipment and material, reports and job records including daily site walks and safety reporting

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience as a construction project engineer
• Experience coordinating RFI's and Submittals with project teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.), and project management software such as BlueBeam, Adobe, MS Project, and Procore, or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Flexible and detail-oriented with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and motivation to accomplish goals
• Analytical and problem solving skills
