Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to support the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset to work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and client teams.
Candidate must have a construction‐related background, either (a) at least three (3) years of experience with a construction company or (b) a relevant bachelor’s degree. Candidates with a history of frequent job changes will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, developing, and managing engineering projects from start to finish.

Support project scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, and construction.

Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and project reports.

Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety standards, quality, and regulations.

Identify and resolve technical issues, design conflicts, or project delays.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients as needed.

Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project alignment and integrity.

Support risk assessments and change management processes.

Maintain accurate records of engineering activities and deliverables.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).

2+ years of experience in project engineering or related role.

Strong understanding of engineering principles, project lifecycle, and construction methods.

Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera, etc.).

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus, but not required.
