Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to support the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset to work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and client teams.

Candidate must have a construction‐related background, either (a) at least three (3) years of experience with a construction company or (b) a relevant bachelor’s degree. Candidates with a history of frequent job changes will not be considered.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, developing, and managing engineering projects from start to finish.

  • Support project scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, and construction.

  • Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and project reports.

  • Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety standards, quality, and regulations.

  • Identify and resolve technical issues, design conflicts, or project delays.

  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients as needed.

  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project alignment and integrity.

  • Support risk assessments and change management processes.

  • Maintain accurate records of engineering activities and deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).

  • 2+ years of experience in project engineering or related role.

  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, project lifecycle, and construction methods.

  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera, etc.).

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus, but not required.
