Job DescriptionJob DescriptionConstruction Project Coordinator Commercial General Contractor, is currently seeking a Project Coordinator with a strong work ethic and positive attitude to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must provide leadership, planning, organization, direction and control on all projects while meeting the operational goals of the company.We requires a track record that demonstrates the ability to maintain the highest levels of client satisfaction, display unquestionable integrity, and provide first class customer service.Job Description:The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting project managers on multiple projects. He/she will work closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, Subcontractors and Clients on projects of varying size and scope.Job Duties:
- Assist the Project Manager in managing all administrative and technical requirements including contract administration, change order processing, submittals, purchasing, cost coding and closeout
- Provide detailed reporting and support to keep track of schedules and changes in construction, materials, manpower, and subcontractors
- Provide support to Project Manager to assist in project financial accountability
- Be able to read blueprints to order materials based on scope of work
- Track and verify that milestones are met throughout the project, such as permits, material deliveries, inspections, close out documents, etc.
- Send client updates based on client requirements. Upload progress photos, file project field reports.
- Log and track subcontractor insurance certificates, W9 forms, pay applications, lien waivers and submittals.
Job Requirements:
- High energy multitasker with a passion and drive to excel;
- Strong level of professionalism and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills – both oral and written;
- Strong organization, computer and problem-solving skills;
- Self-motivated problem solver with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment while managing multiple priorities.
- College Education but not required
- Previous Construction PC experience .
