Construction Project Coordinator


If you’re the person who keeps everything running when others are scrambling—this role was built for you. We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented operator who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in being the person everyone relies on. This is not a back-office role—this is the hub of the operation, supporting multiple field teams, coordinating moving parts, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. This role will work directly with leadership and field teams to keep projects moving, customers informed, and operations running smoothly.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as the central point of communication between customers, technicians, and internal teams
  • Coordinate multiple field crews, ensuring jobs are properly supported and executed
  • Manage job documentation including timesheets, service reports, POs, and job costing
  • Order and track materials (including urgent/overnight shipments when needed)
  • Maintain compliance records (licenses, certifications, insurance, COIs)
  • Support technician readiness—ensuring crews have what they need before hitting the field
  • Track and manage company assets (vehicles, maintenance, registrations)
  • Utilize QuickBooks Online + Excel to track job costs and operational data
  • Deliver a high level of customer communication and service


Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years in operations, project coordination, or field service support
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping details
  • Excellent communication skills (you’re clear, responsive, and confident)
  • A problem-solver mindset—you figure things out and take ownership
  • High energy, strong work ethic, and a “get it done right” mentality
