Commercial Construction General Contractor seeking an experienced construction project coordinator.

Visible Construction Corp is an established scale commercial general contractor, headquartered in Ft. Lauderdale FL.

While experience in commercial construction is ideal, there is a role for candidates eager to enter a robust sector of the US economy being commercial construction.

Simultaneous projects to be managed and are typically in the $1-$10MM range. Diverse range of projects from renovations and interior fit-outs to ground up new buildings, all commercial projects and primarily retail, auto, grocery and food service/restaurant chain store projects.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of relevant experience on commercial construction projects
• Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget and doing RFIs, contracts, submittals, estimating, change order, AIA apps
• Track record for managing multiple projects at the same time
• Time management and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer proficiency
• The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects concurrently
• Knowledge of sub-trades and an ability to manage others
• Understanding of Critical Path Scheduling
• Estimating / Budgeting capabilities desirable
• Facilitate professional relationships with clients and team members
• Ability to exercise good judgement
• Passing Pre-Employment drug screen and background checks
• Good driving record, ability to drive to jobsites/meetings and reliable transportation

Education

B.S. degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field plus and a minimum of 5 years related experience in commercial construction with a general contractor is .
