Job Overview

We are seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support our project management team in overseeing and executing various projects. The project coordinator will be responsible for coordinating project activities, communicating with owners & subcontractors, and ensuring that all project milestones are met. This role is essential for maintaining organization, efficiency, and clear communication across all aspects of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and management of project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure project goals are met.
• Maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Communicate with team members, clients, and vendors to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Identify potential issues and risks and work with the project manager to develop mitigation strategies.
• Track and manage project expenses to ensure adherence to budget guidelines.
• Support the project manager in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of project deliverables.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a project coordinator or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, & Power Point.
• Ability to analyze project data and generate reports for project managers and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative when necessary.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking for projects.
