Job DescriptionJob Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and proactive Construction Project Assistant to support our team in all phases of residential remodeling projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management and material delivery, with a strong ability to multitask, problem-solve, and support day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Sales and Design with organizing, scheduling, and coordinating remodeling projects from start to finish.
• Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and managing inventory of materials.
• Coordinate material deliveries to job sites, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials.
• Communicate with contractors.
• Monitor and maintain project schedules, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Help maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
• Help prepare and organize project materials, tools, and resources before each job.
• Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project assistance within the home remodeling or construction industry.
• Knowledge of warehouse management, including inventory control and logistics.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to coordinate material deliveries and handle logistics efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) or Buildertrend a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for material deliveries).
• Ability to lift and move materials when necessary (physical stamina).
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications:

• Experience with construction.
• Forklift certification or experience in operating warehouse equipment (a plus).
• Basic understanding of home remodeling processes.
• Portuguese or Spanish a plus
