WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Install above-ground, semi-in ground, and in-ground Fiberglass and liner pools
• Build hardscapes: pavers, stone, retaining walls
• Install plumbing, equipment, and filtration systems
• Perform site prep, excavation, and finishing work
• Maintain clean, safe job sites
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Experience in construction, pools, landscaping, or related trades
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and transportation

• Ability to work outdoors and Lift heavy materials THIS JOB IS NOT FOR YOU IF
• You show up late or call out often
• You cut corners
• You don’t take pride in your work• You can’t handle physical outdoor work PAY & GROWTH
• $16 - $30+ per hour (based on experience)
• Raises based on performance
• Growth into crew lead roles
