About Attic Fanatics

Attic Fanatics is the premier attic insulation and energy efficiency specialist in South Florida. We don’t just blow insulation; we solve complex airflow and air quality issues. We are in a high-growth phase, expanding to our third installation crew and launching our HVAC division. We’re looking for a disciplined, field-ready Operations Manager to lead our crews and ensure our reputation for excellence remains spotless as we scale.

️ The Role

The Operations Manager is the mission control for our daily field operations. This is not a "desk-only" job. You will be the bridge between our warehouse, the office, and active job sites. You are responsible for ensuring that every crew leaves on time, every job is executed to code, and every worker is performing at peak efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• ️‍♂️ Field Leadership & Oversight: Conduct daily, unannounced site visits across South Florida to audit progress, ensure safety, and verify that workers are executing jobs correctly.

• Crew Performance: Manage, motivate, and hold installation crews accountable. You identify production "lag" and correct it in real-time.

• Warehouse & Inventory Mastery: Own the warehouse. Implement rigorous inventory tracking so materials are staged the night before and stock levels never hit zero.

• ️ Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinate daily dispatch for multiple crews, optimizing routes to maximize production and minimize downtime.

• ❄️ HVAC Integration: Support the strategic rollout of our HVAC service line, ensuring equipment and training needs are met.

• Fleet Management: Oversee material suppliers and manage the maintenance schedule for our vehicles and equipment.

✅ Requirements

• ️ Bilingual Mastery: Must be fully fluent in English and Spanish to lead our field crews and communicate with clients.

• Construction Expertise: Required. 3–5 years of experience in construction, trades, or field management. You must know how a job site functions.

• Operational Grit: Proven experience managing logistics, inventory, or crews in a fast-paced environment.

• ⚡ Problem Solver: You execute independently. We need a leader who fixes bottlenecks without needing constant direction.

• Clean Driving Record: Frequent travel between the warehouse and various job sites is required.

What We Offer

• Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 (Based on Experience)
