Construction Operations Administrator

We are looking for a Construction Operations Coordinator to join our team. This person would be at the center of our operations! You will be responsible for managing our clients and making sure all operations are running smoothly to take care of the client.

You would be working with various team members from various aspects of our work such as field personnel, purchasing, estimating, billing, and finance. We're really looking for someone who can bring ideas to the table that will help with business processes and improvement.

Lead Receptionist & Service Coordinator:

• Maintain office operations including answering incoming phone calls
• Overseeing preventative maintenance schedules to ensure we're in compliance and taking care of our clients
• Responsible for coordinating schedule including the dispatch of all service and construction request
• Communicate with internal team members on work orders, purchase orders, and customer relations for overall company efficiency
• Supporting internal operations management with various miscellaneous assignments
• Working with billing to ensure proper close-out of services from the field
• Maintaining insurance compliance

Plumbing Field Support:

• Provide administrative support for superintendents and management for the plumbing field
• Administrative support for estimating and data management
• Project management setup and monitoring
• Promote company values

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in the construction industry.
• Plumbing industry experience is a plus!
• Previous experience in customer service
• Seek out problems and find solutions
• Flexible to flow with the needs of the organization
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Fast typing skills (60 words per minute)
• Ability to utilize Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiently
• Knowledge of Stage Contractor 100 is a plus
