Responsibilities
AR Prepare customer billings for all jobs, conditional waivers, and follow up on collections
Maintain filing system
Answer phone and direct incoming calls
Prepare jobs folders and maintain all documents required for project
Review and manage compliance of subcontract documentation, insurance requirements, blue stakes and various quarterly and end of year reports and contracts
Gather info and prepare reports for CPA; quarterly and end of year
Manage FMSCA drives queries and ensure new hires are entered into Clearinghouse
Assist with payroll and workers compensation audits.
Manage truck registrations
Manage office supplies and safety supplies.
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of Contractors, subcontract agreements and certificate of insurance is .
Good communicator
Mathematically competent
Detail oriented and good organizational skills
Strong PC skills and Quickbooks Construction Desktop
Good follow-up skills
